Our members and the public have responded to our Appeal in a tremendous way and supplies are still coming in. We didn’t ask for money but where our members have not had any surplus supplies, they have given money – around £12,000 so far. Clearly we are allocating these funds to Ukraine and in the process of exploring a couple of avenues for buying meters and strips at reduced costs.
Our thanks to everyone who has responded and given help to the people of Ukraine – their plight is unimaginable and their bravery is tremendous.
We look forward to a consignment of meters and strips coming from Australia to add to our ongoing help to the people of Ukraine.
I have attached some pictures – the one of our office looks a total mess but actually we are organised!
