How do You Know if You Are Depressed?

The signs of depression include the following:

  • No longer enjoying or being interested in most activities.
  • Feeling tired or lacking energy.
  • Being agitated or lethargic.
  • Feeling sad or low much of the time.
  • Weight gain or weight loss.
  • Sleeping too little or too much.
  • Difficulty paying attention or making decisions.
  • Thinking about death or suicide.
