Last year our members took over a million steps to raise awareness of Diabetes and IDDT and at the same time they were helping themselves by taking exercise.

Three Good reasons to join our stepping out campaign
- Exercise – 30 minutes of exercise can reduce the risk of heart disease and stroke. For information on diabetes and exercise Click Here
